Disney Cruise - Day 7!

Cade and Carson looking out our porthole window at the tractors and golfcarts on Mickey's island when we woke up Friday morning at Castaway Cay!
Mickey Mouse and Mickey Mouse decided to watch for us out the window!

They saw us, but it was hard for us to see them again! (We did this on each island where we were port side!)
Carson is sitting with Dale and Cade is sitting with Chip at the post office. Did you know they don't use US postage there since Castaway Cay is in the Bahamas!?!
Cade and Carson playing with the tube in the clear water!
Playing in the sand with Daddy!
After spending all day floating out on our tubes for nap time and playing in the sand and water and eating at the yummy BBQ restaurant on the island, we were finally heading back to the ship for showers!
Cade and Carson at Mt. Rushmore on Castaway Cay!
Another picture of Mickey's big ship!
The boat from Pirates of the Carribbean is cool!
Carson, Daddy, Cade, and Mommy in front of the Disney Magic!
Carson and Cade with Daisy Duck!
A Snake again when we got back off the island!
The Mickeys were still watching out the window!
When our stateroom host did the turndown service after dinner this night, he put Carson and Cade's favorite puppies with this puppy he made!
Diane brought certificates for Master Cade and Master Carson! She works in room service, and she chose us for her family of the week on Monday after we ordered a couple of times from room service! It was cool - there's pictures from the other days, too! The boys learned her name and would say, "It's Diane!" when the phone would ring! They came to love her!
Cade and Carson are enjoying the treats from Diane!
So when we got back on the ship after a fun, relaxing day at Castaway Cay, Cade and Carson had an invitation from Mickey Mouse to come to a special party with him and his friends! How cool! We got there at 10:00 pm (10:00pm, yeah, really for two boys who are always asleep by 8:00pm - crazy) like it said, wondering how many children were invited. I told Kevin I thought probably 25 or less but possibly 50???? Well, there were only 4 little girls there! The boys had a blast just playing with all the characters - it was like they had them all to themselves! We hope they'll remember it! But if not the scrapbook will tell the story!
Here's the boys with our favorite guy - Kenney dressed as a pirate (he was always helping the characters walk around on the ship or setting up photo lines)! He fell in love with Cade and Carson from Day 1 when he introduced them to Chip and Dale! He always remembered their names from that point on!
Goofy was the first character to come out, and the boys ran to him!
They actually loved on the princesses here in Studio Sea! (They had been very shy around them all week.)
When the princesses were talking together, Kevin overheard one asking another: "Is that Cade or Carson?" The other princess said, "It's Carson!" It was so cool that all the characters were trying to figure out who's who of the twins just like our family and friends try!
Back to playing with Goofy!
Cade hugging Captain Hook! They both have been talking about him all week and were really glad to see him in person!
Cade and Carson were so glad to play with Donald Duck!
The characters from the great shows each night were there, too!
Carson's with Dale again and Cade's with Chip - Donald Duck came over for the picture, too!
Carson is loving Dale!
Donald was being silly on the stage - shaking his tail feathers at the twins!
Carson likes to hug Chip, too!
Loving Donald!
Minnie came out and got in on the fun!
They boys were so excited that Mickey Mouse came out, too!
Mickey and Minnie played with the boys on the stage!
And tried to get them both to sit down for a picture! Mommy had to help since these little boys were so wired from staying up so late and playing with all these characters at once!
Goofy came for a cute group picture!
Mickey, Cade, Goofy, Carson, and Minnie had a blast!
The twins love the twin chipmunks!
They decided to all lay down!
Donald Duck helped to get Cade in the group picture!
Cade and Carson took their places right in front with Mickey and Minnie Mouse!
One more hug from Mickey!
They all line up and wave goodbye!
We had been priviliged guests in the staging area before the characters were introduced one last time at 10:30pm for a final farewell with anyone on the ship who wanted to take one last picture or get one last autograph! Cade and Carson felt very special - like Kings - for being able to enjoy that up close time with all the characters before this last event!
What a great magical close to our Disney Cruise Vacation!

Disney Cruise - the last morning!

I'm starting at the end and will try to post pictures from each day on a new blog. Bare with me as it may take me a couple weeks to get them on. I took over 1,000 pictures! Here's my 3 boys with all the luggage waiting on the van after getting off Mickey's Cruise Ship! We enjoyed one last yummy breakfast with Mickey waffles at Lumiere's before leaving our fun vacation! We were really tired (notice the twins' bedheads) from all the fun playing with the characters on the last night!

We said goodbye to Mickey's boat - The Disney Magic one last time! It was truly a magical cruise!
