Trick or Treat!

Time to go Trick or Treat!

The first neighbors we trick or treated!

The boys started reaching out their hands for candy at the 2nd house!

We only went to about 4 houses, but by the last one they were digging in!
Cade and Carson help Daddy decorate the pumpkin!

Cute penguins!
These boys have enjoyed taking in Halloween! The best part is when we ask them to do "Happy Feet" they dance their little feet in place like the penguin on the movie!

Playing Around!

Toys are fun! Someone (Cade) always wants what Carson is playing with! Good thing we have 2 of lots of things!
Cade shows off his tongue!

These boys love to read books!
Hide and Seek! Can you tell who's on which side of the TV?
Ok, here's Carson making Cade want his toys as he grabs both and runs!
Cade is talking on the phone!

Trunk or Treat!

Daddy, Mommy, Cade, Grandma, Grandpa, and Carson gather at Grandma's trunk!

We went last year as Thing 1 and Thing 2, so it was fun for me to dress them up as my favorite animals this year! This may be the last time I get to decide, so I chose penguins because this is the closest to waddling they will be on Halloween, I thought I could make it (I did but no laughing at how extremely homemade it looks), penguins are so similar that they're like twins anyway, and I love penguins - Cade and Carson love them too, believe it or not!

Cade wouldn't let Hunter go for the longest time!

Say "Trick or Treat!"
Carson visits at Uncle Adam and Aunt Joni's cool tailgate theme display!
The penguins love Grandpa and Grandma!
I've never seen Carson not want to show his face for the camera - He's usually the one saying, "Cheese!"
My sweet penguins!
Carson liked to hold his head down like this to show off the penguin head, of course!
Cade, Carson, and Daddy get lots of candy!

Daddy, Carson, Cade, and Mommy!
Me and my penguins!
Talking with Aunt Poochie! Mark reminded us that only owls turn their heads around backwards like this. Oops!

Pumpkin Patch!

We went to a pumpkin patch (I call it that - it's really just a church selling a lot of pumpkins on the side of the road at the beach - I think there are actually patches but further inland. Maybe we'll have to check that out next year!) last week after getting flu shots! By the weigh, 28 lbs. Can you believe it? I can't believe I carry around 56 lbs so much!
The twins wonder where to start!

Talking over which one they really want!
Chasing the dressed up dogs was fun for a short break from decision making!
You have to be quicker than that for a picture of these two!
I think I can . . .
. . . I thought I could!
Alright!
Cade feels pretty good about lifting that medium pumpkin, so he's moved on to the large. Carson sticks to moving small pumpkins around!

This was just too cute! Carson really wanted to pull this wagon around!
They really had fun playing with all the little gourds!

They thought it would be fun to go knock on the big red(ish brown) door before leaving!

Ok, bye-bye!
