Happy Halloween!

Cade and Carson enjoy dressing up for Trunk or Treat at church! They are the Cat in the Hat's Thing 1 and Thing 2! Can you guess who I am? They did so good keeping their wigs on! We're so proud of them. I thought all that time spent sewing them would be a waste, but I really think they liked wearing them. They always love pulling on hair. So this was a lot better to them - pulling and it not hurting or making the other scream. Cade is Thing 1 and Carson is Thing 2. We'll be dressing up again Wednesday. Hopefully, they'll love it just as much then!

We like wearing our halloween PJs! Grandpa and Grandma enjoy feeding us to help Mommy out while Daddy is out of town. Daddy heped us carve the pumpkin. Isn't our Jack-o-lantern cute!

More Ear Infections

We had a good week. We went to the Doctor's office Monday to find out all four ears are clear! Woo - hoo! At the appointment, the boys weighed exactly the same thing. It was the first time that has happened. That's amazing since they've been to the doctor a whopping total of 28 visits in 38 weeks time. They just keep a weekly appointment. Not really, but they have only skipped a few weeks. Anyway, they now weigh 19 lbs, 3 oz at 8 1/2 months old!

We decided to go to the Pumpkin Patch to pick out our very own pumpkin! I did not realize I had never sat them down in the grass before. They realized it though - you can see I could not get them both to smile. They also liked the taste of grass, apparently. Oops! We did have lots of fun!

Grandpa played with Cade during the game! Grandma was on the floor playing with Carson!

This morning Daddy held the sleepy boys for a catnap while I got ready for church. We did not all get to go because the boys are still hurting from the new ear infections. (We ended up back at the doctor yesterday.) Maybe they'll stop having ear infections before too long - the poor little guys. It is so hard for them to sleep with all the pain. Cade did not have one yesterday (although I think it's developing now), and Carson has infections in both ears. In total, Cade has had 9 and Carson has had 4. Poor babies. When they don't have ear infections or colds they sleep through the night! And playtime is still lots of fun whether they're sick or not.

The Beach

We always have lots of fun playing together! Here's a few shots of us being silly!

We went to Huntington State Park today with Grandpa, Grandma, Uncle Adam, Aunt Joni, and Austin! We had loads of fun and Mommy took pictures to prove it!

Mommy spiked our hair for the ride home because it was so greasy from all the sunscreen! We think we could have been in the old show Hawaii 5 0!

Last week

Carson and Cade are enjoying time to talk back and forth on 10/02/07.
Sometimes we play together in one of our cribs when we wake up.
Great-Grandmama holds Cade and Great-Granddaddy holds Carson at Mommy's favorite restaurant - the Walhalla Steakhouse!!!!!
Nana, Grandmama, and Granddaddy are glad to watch Cade and Carson play while Daddy and Mommy go to Mommy's 10 year high school reunion! Papa got to play, too!
We were glad to get home and play at our house again, too!
