I got to wake up the boys this morning! Here's our sleepy heads!
The boys know to go put their milks in the fridge before we go get shoes on at the backdoor for Day Care! Cade is saying, "Open the door." which sounds like: "Ope da doe."
Here's Carson handing me a ball tonight after bath!
And Cade is hugging the Carolina Teddy Bear!
We're ready to cheer on the Gamecocks - in the twins' dreams! Asleep way before it started! But they did get to say, "Go. Go!" again several times tonight while we were saying, "Go Gamecocks!"

Dinner after Church!
Sunday night after church our Sunday School class prepared dinner for the church. Really all the Daddies did the work in the kitchen - cooking burgers, hot dogs, and fries! Cade and Carson wanted to help!
Here's the children with the other Mommies!
And here's the children playing!
The twins love to climb up into their rocking chair and rock together!
They really are so funny! The other day Cade was walking backwards so he could watch his shadow move on the wall as the light was shining on him! And one day Carson was kicking a ball around the living room saying, "Kick. Kick." Every time he kicked the ball. Our little soccer player!

Grad School Friends Get Together
And of course all the pictures are of the 8 children! Thank you, thank you, thank you Dana and family for letting us invade your beautiful house and awesome yard! We had so much fun!!! Dana, Megan, Jana, and I enjoyed watching our children get to know each other! We wish Caroline could have been here from California and we were so sad Madison got sick b/c we wanted to see her with Ashley who I'm sure is adorable pregnant with her second baby girl!

Here's Will-Jana's oldest and Carson-my youngest!

Here's Jack-Megan's oldest!

I zoomed in to catch William way over on the other side of the backyard on Trace's tractor!

Cade and Carson enjoyed exploring!

Here's Dalton- Jana's youngest with his sweet Mommy!

Dana's got the mom face here (which we all had here and there)!

Trace has a very fun play set - his Daddy sells PlayNation!

Time to eat!

Trace wanted to sit next to Carson - in the background William and Jack are praying because someone was questioning if we'd said the blessing!

Cade is unfolding his hands and saying: "Amen"!

Trace said, "I want to say cheese." Then he had to see the picture!

Anna Kate-Dana's youngest is up from her nap!

Anna was so happy to have a little girl come in since she's been outnumbered by the boys.

Trace's playroom was fun for all!

Mommy, Cade, and Carson!

Jana, William, and baby Dalton!

Dana, Trace, and Anna Kate!

Megan, Jack, and Anna!

Can you believe we fit all these people in one playroom?

Crazy Megan is making fun faces at one of the children as Jack is showing the girls how to play with trains!

Here's all the boys on the couch - Dana had the brilliant idea to give them all her yummy cookies to have them sit there!

Anna with the boys!

And now everyone's on the couch, but you can't see them all!

And here's everyone! Don't ask me why Carson and Trace are cheeseing so badly - probably just because they belong to me and Dana!

Here's all the boys wondering what we're doing as we all get ready to set the self- timers for the big group picture at the top of this blog!

Sweet William took this hilarious picture of us - at least you can see all of Megan!

And the twins are asleep before we're out of the neighborhood!

Here they are out for a snack in Florence after a big nap in the carseats!

Go Gamecocks!
We're cheering on the gamecocks today! Daddy is at the game! Cade and Carson are actually sleeping in their cribs, but they did say: "Go! Go!" several times tonight which is what they say in response to me saying: "Go Gamecocks!"
Really hard to get them still and smiling, but here they are in action with some Gamecock toys!
Our nightly schedule is for me to take them for a bath about 7:00, get dressed in pajamas, play in the nursery, read books, talk about all the people they love, say prayers, and sing lullabies! The last 4 are done in the glider rocker in their room with them sitting in my lap. After singing songs and before I put them in their cribs (Cade still sleeps in Carson's and Carson still sleeps in Cade's - I'm not changing it since they've slept all through the night ever since we did that about 12 months old!) I have them turn around and hug Mommy goodnight. Tonight while we were all hugging, I was talking about how much Daddy and I love them and how we pray for them all the time. Anyway, I was reminding them what Daddy and I pray God will do in their lives, and when I finished talking Cade took his arms from around my neck, folded his hands together and said, "Amen!" I praise the Lord for His work in our babies' lives!

Fast Asleep!
I forgot to finish out the weekend post with the boys sleeping in the van on the way home Sunday! They were out as soon as we pulled out of the church parking lot! And, yes, we are stopped at a redlight here while I'm taking the picture.
