Christmas Pictures and Adventures!

Well, we went to the mall one day during the week! We had some pictures made and then took our own! Here's Carson driving his car! And Cade is driving an airplane!

Here they are together with the worm in the apple!
Driving the apple!
Excited about the worm riding with them!
Riding Scoop with Bob!
Scoop was a popular ride that day!
Cade and Carson are reading a Christmas story!
They actually got this close to Santa Claus! Notice my arm in the corner - I was holding both of their hands so they'd get that close! I'm happy with this even though they didn't smile!
This may be the only ride on a sled they'll get!
Here's our family from earlier this Fall!
We went to Kevin's work Christmas party on Friday and got to see another Santa Claus!
As soon as Santa walked in the room to go to his seat, Cade fell to the floor tantrum style - guess he knew I'd want him to go talk to the big guy!
They liked the little goodies the elf gave them, though!
Daddy with his twins!
Cade is eating his candy cane!
Carson is eating his candy cane, too!
Cade looks so grown up standing beside Daddy!
Carson had a little visitor trying to get his candy cane!
Steve the balloon guy was entertaining everyone by quickly creating all kinds of things!
The boys are very interested to see if it looks like what they asked for!
Carson and Cade are checking out their Elmos!
The Conway parade was fun on Saturday!

The therapy dogs were one of the twins' favorites!
Bugs in Toyland was cute even though they were roaches!
Another fire truck! We love fire trucks!
A fireman is waving from his firetruck!
Another doggie at the parade! Can you tell that dogs and firetrucks are the faves?
And of course, Noah's Ark, the float from our church was a favorite, too!
There goes the parade!
Santa and his reindeer were at the end of the parade!
Cade and Carson in the van after the parade before Chick-fil-a yummies!
And here's our family on our 6th wedding anniversary - December 13th!

Advent and Adventures!

Playing up on the top bunk!
They love to play up there - that's the main reason why we don't have the ladder on the bunk beds!

They have to have two drinks at meals now!
We are using these cute advent calendars to remind the twins that we are looking forward to celebrating the birth of Jesus at Christmas!
This was where the little card told them to look on the 1st day! They found a little matchbox car in each of their stockings!
The boys are growing so much! I really treasure all the little growth cards from Dr. Rabon's office, but of course they haven't been in a very long time for measurements (waiting from two to three is a long time)! These are little cards that Mrs. Charlie and Mrs. Debbie made for the boys at DayCare! They show that the boys have each grown one inch in three months - Cade is 37 3/4" and Cade is 37 1/4"! I was glad to see that they're really over 36" so they'll be able to ride Goofy's Barnstormer the next time we go to DisneyWorld!
I think it's so cute that they always park right beside each other like they're in parking spots! One of them will drive up and park, and the other comes like this and stops right in the same spot! These crazy boys love driving their tractors! They ask every day on the ride home - "Can I cut grass?"
Carson is driving by the reindeer!
Cade is driving by the reindeer!
"This is a tailgate, Mommy!" Then, they proceeded to name everything in their trailors!
"We're shooting ducks, Mommy!" When questioned, yes, there are ducks on the cement, too! "Some ducks over here, some ducks down here, some ducks in the garage, some ducks out here . . ." I think they would've shot ducks all night with all the "ducks" we had around!
Saturday, we went to our little girlfriend Rylee's birthday party! She's about ten months younger than the twins! She had a Mickey Mouse party!
Cade and Carson found a dump truck to play with at Rylee's party!
Rylee opened the card that has a picture of the boys in their fishing gear on the front before opening the present from the twins!
Cade pulled up a chair when this little one sat with Carson at the small table - they really can't stand to be apart from each other or to do something different than the other!
Singing happy birthday to Rylee!
Eating cake and ice cream with Jack and Rylee!
Enjoying the Mickey Mouse cake!
Then we met Mommy's friend Melanie for lunch in Columbia who loved her card with the picture of Cade and Carson looking at the flowers on the front (Melanie is a big-time picture person)!
The twins wanted to hug Melanie before she left to go back to work!
I didn't mention that we drove all the way to Columbia without any shoes! A lot of times I won't put shoes on the boys until we get to where we're going, because they'll just ask to take them off! So, I asked Kevin to put the boys in the van before I was quite ready to leave, and then I forgot to put their shoes in the van. So, Mr. John had to help me get them in to his house, and Melanie had to help me get them in to the restaurant! I mentioned how much the boys have grown - they now weigh enough to total 2/3 of my weight which is really hard for me to carry more than 50 feet!
