Our 5th Wedding Anniversary!

It was our fifth anniversary on Saturday! What better way to spend it than going to another beautiful wedding for my cousin Matt and his new bride Katie! Sorry, no pictures of them - I was too busy chasing around these two to get many pictures! Kevin and I enjoyed a little date after the wedding thanks to Nana and Bopa for watching the children!
Nana helps us get the boys ready by sewing a button back on Carson's outfit. You'd think Strasburg would have sewed them on enough for us to wear twice. Kevin says it just goes to show how much better the Carter's outfits are! Guess we'll stick with the inexpensive cute clothes!

Friday Fun Christmas Parties!

The twins enjoy their snacks at Kevin's work children's Christmas Party!
Cade only got this close to Santa at this event. And Carson wouldn't even get this close! It gets further and further away all the different run-ins with the big guy! We did get a couple ok ones with Santa at Olan Mills and Santa at Picture People this season. The choo choo train ride was a big hit!

Here we are checking out the fish and Santa's Winter Wonderland at Bass Pro Shops between parties! Santa was there, too!
And we ate a yummy Seafood dinner with our adult Sunday School Class (maybe 30 or so of us)!

THe boys enjoyed eating ketchup with a straw while waiting for their food! It was a very late night for us! We didn't leave there til 9pm and the babies are usually in the cribs by 8pm!

Our Girlfriend's B-day!

Here's baby Rylee on her 1st Birthday!

Her big brother Jack was a big help with her presents!

And Rylee was way more into it than our boys were at their one-year old party!

Rylee's like: "Daddy, you're embarrassing me - I'm the girl!"

Carson and Cade made themselves at home - they found some stairs to play on! I don't think they noticed the "Loud Stairs" as Jack calls them (the wooden steps on the way up from the foyer), but they loved the "Quiet Stairs!"

Sometimes I think the boys are closer to Jack's age by the way they are growing and the way they act, but really they're only 10 months older than Rylee! It's her 2nd Christmas and their 2nd Christmas! That's crazy, but they'll seem more the same age in just a couple years. Who knows, they may even fight over being her boyfriend. We'd be thrilled to have her parents for one of the boy's in-laws!
