Happy Thanksgiving!

Carson and Cade are having fun playing with Nana after a wonderful Thanksgiving meal at Grandpa and Grandma's house (so sad Mommy forgot the camera).

The boys are so entertained by their Papa!
Papa and Nana gave Cade and Carson some early Christmas presents!

The twins were a little too excited for that!
One minute Cade would sit almost still . . .

Mommy was glad to get home from work Friday! And Daddy had a good duck hunt - getting four Green Wing Teal Ducks which we ate for dinner Friday night!

Nana and Papa were good babysitters!

And today when Cade and Carson woke up from their morning naps - they missed Papa and Nana!

Carson is ready to cheer on the Gamecocks to beat Clemson today!

Cade is cheering for Carolina, too!

Nine and a Half Months!

The weather dipped down to freezing a couple of times this week, so the boys have gotten to wear a lot of the warm clothing that Nana and Papa gave them!
Here they are ready to leave for Day Care! This is the first day they wore mittens - they loved them!
Carson enjoyed playing that afternoon!
Of course, Cade did, too!
They have been standing up a lot now! They take steps when we hold their hands!

These overalls are very warm! Thanks Papa and Nana!

Cade and Carson love to feed themselves now! They are very good with the bottles and sippie cups, but not with silverware, yet!

We all missed Daddy while he was away for a work trip this week!

Week at a Glance

We've had lots of fun this past week! Carson is still the only one with a tooth, although they're both pretty upset by the whole teething thing at times. They love to play in their pajamas before bedtime!

Cade was an early riser Monday morning after Daylight Saving Time ended, so breakfast was cut short by a nap!
The twins have on their glow in the dark pajamas, so I took this picture in the dark before going to bed. I think the flash coming on in the dark living room is what made them squint so funny!
Carson thought it would be much more fun to play under the exersaucer the next morning!
Carson and Cade always love to play when they wake up - here they are entertaining themselves while waiting for breakfast.

Cade and Carson had their first trip to the zoo on Sunday!

The boys enjoyed watching all the penguins swim and jump!

Both babies took a nap while strolling around the zoo!

When we got home, Cade and Carson were glad to be back in their rocking chair!

Nine Months Old

Cade and Carson enjoy bathtime! They especially love to splash and try to eat the ducks that swim around in the tub with them.
Cade and Carson both pulled up for the first time on Sunday night. Their little legs are getting so strong. Carson practiced climbing up on me over and over again that night.
We got back in our Halloween costumes when Mommy came to pick us up early from Mrs. Charlie's house. We were a huge hit at Dr. Rabon's office coming in all dressed up.
Then we had to get undressed for our 9 Month appointment. Cade weighs 19 lbs, 7.5 oz and Carson weighs 19 lbs!
We were glad to get home to play after Trick-or-Treating with the residents at Mommy's work on Halloween!
We even wore our Thing 1 and Thing 2 pajamas to bed that night after bath time. Mommy ordered those when they picked out our Halloween costumes from the twins website.

Cade and Carson play after a quick diaper change Friday morning before getting ready. Carson got his first tooth Friday!!! They both have several that look very close - we're all just so excited to have one!Cade and Carson enjoy play time Sunday morning before church!

Happy Halloween!

Cade and Carson enjoy dressing up for Trunk or Treat at church! They are the Cat in the Hat's Thing 1 and Thing 2! Can you guess who I am? They did so good keeping their wigs on! We're so proud of them. I thought all that time spent sewing them would be a waste, but I really think they liked wearing them. They always love pulling on hair. So this was a lot better to them - pulling and it not hurting or making the other scream. Cade is Thing 1 and Carson is Thing 2. We'll be dressing up again Wednesday. Hopefully, they'll love it just as much then!
